Rubbishing rumors of a kidney transplant, the star's son in law and the National Award this year, said winning actor Dhanush told media persons that "the superstar is very good. It will be released one day week or 10. And he will begin shooting Rana."
Ironically on one side, Rajini's health is of prime concern. And on the other side, the trade is talking about how Rajinikanth has reportedly been paid 24 crores as just his first installment on Rana. A source says, "Rajini Sir is still India's highest paid actor. Besides the reported 24 cr that he has already received, the family will also have a stake in the IPR because Rajini's second daughter Soundarya is a partner in the project."
Meanwhile, Dhanush who is Rajini's elder son-in-law (married to the superstar's daughter Aishwarya) has in recent times become the official spokesperson for the family.
