"Golden star Ganesh and Shradda Arya starring Sunil kumar Singh directed recent Kannada film ‘Madhuve Mane’ has been very atrocious in the box office. Rs.5 crores plus film could not live up to the expectations. It is nearly Rs.3.5 crore loss for producer Rehman who made films like ‘Yajamana and Huchcha’ in the past.

The situation of producer Rehman is very sickening from the losses today. He has sold the only house he had for clearing the debts of ‘Madhuve Mane’ investment and producer K Manju took up the distribution of the film to save the skin of Rehman. Nothing happened and ‘Madhuve Mane’ is a big flop.

Producer Rehman physically weak from a recent accident is finding further pain with heavy losses from ‘Madhuve Mane’. The first week collection is not even Rs.50 lakhs all over Karnataka.

Distributor Manju has given assurance to the defaulters on behalf of producer Rehman. One such fellow who got assurance is financier KV Nagesh Kumar. "

Story: 

Story:
The story of Paramathma focus on the philosophy that those who are very close to heart leave us quickly. A section of the society believes this and longevity is cut short by destiny as villain.

Paramathma the protagonist loves Deepa so closely even after quarreling they love each other. It is not long lasting after the delivery of the kid. Deepa is upset even when the child first calls ‘Appa’ (father). She is a strange character and her mood is so oscillating like Paramathma who is an eccentric personality.

In the first half Param (Puneeth Rajakumar) is a gold medal Bachelor of Science but for completing M.Sc he takes six attempts. He does what his heart says and is a master in various field like climbing hills, Mumbai Share market, windmill, carpentry give him comfort and even goes to China to learn Kung Fu to participate in betting fights. The ten years of his life looks very funny for him and he comes home. His father is a heart specialist and according to Jayanth Rao (Ananthnag) ‘Heart is God’. His son Param goes by his heart and so he had named him as ‘Paramathma’.

In the company of Sanvi (Aindrita Ray) as his best friend the emergence of Deepa turns his attention. Deepa is not an easy girl and it requires of lot of struggle for Param to convince her on his intentions. Finally it is only when Deepa faces insult in front of huge gathering she gives for the insult to her grandfather. Deepa close. Daughter of a highly respected family Deepa ask Param to carry her on his behind in the mud race. This is only to insult her grandfather in public.

At this point of time Sanvi gets a doubt that Deepa and Param are in love. It is true to her shock. Param and Deepa marry after lot of self teasing each other. But life is not with full of happiness for Param. Deepa smilingly dies in the sleep.

All these developments Param is explaining Sanvi when she comes to met him after a long time. For the innocence and loyalty in Param she considers him as a man with child heart. Param goes on believing that Deepa has not departed in his life.

Performance:
As a casual and fun loving hero power star Puneeth Rajakumar has done a tremendous work. He has not done this type of role so far in his career but the responsibility could have been brought at least at places to give some injection to lazybones and free loaders in the society. Puneeth Rajakumar on his own has not offered to pecks to heroines so far in his films. He is Paramathma (God) has special strength is it?

Purposefully falling in love does not show responsibility. It only helps the director like Yogaraj Bhat to add a song to the occasion. Puneeth Rajakumar costumes, looks, stunts are a real treat to his fans.

Deepa Sannidhi as an immature character in the film throughout is tolerable. The mood of Deepa changes quite often and Yogaraj Bhat has purposefully brought this kind of character. Aindrita Ray should not cry and so is Rangayana Raghu. Rangayana Raghu is known for funny dialogues and his trump card is fully utilized. Aindrita Ray consoling to herself she looks tragic.

The characters of Ananth Nag, Avinash and Dattatreya are in good standards. All the three have done convincingly. Ramya Barne as silent lover of Paramathma does not get noticed.

Technically:

Two excellent works in this film - songs Harikrsihna V, No.1 music director and Santosh Rai Pathaje expertise in the camera. The camera in particular, Heddhapura upper corners are so sweet. In some parts of songs Pathaje gave his best. V. Harikrishna songs are good, because most of them wanted to adolescents, and words are often used to gather. Ally Gate College ... .. is a fun song, but it should not be taken seriously. Kathallly Karadige ... .. is not responsible for the lines are funny. Paravashanadenu song ... is the most romantic melodious song. The narrative model to give a new look to the public and Yogaraja Bhat studious approach to the movement of the scenes is admirable, even if it is a flashback to the narrative style. Last but not least: Paramathma means omnipotent. This is a great work of the film is good in many places. It's worth watching once, if you're not serious!

Why Rajkumar Family Still not invited for Dassera film festival?

When the world famous Mysore Dasara has started and on 30th September 2011 at 12.15 the Dasara Film festival will be inaugurated. The invite has so many names but not the prestigious film family of Dr Rajakumar. This is shocking and the bureaucrats are there to answer the lapse.

Why the name of Dr Rajakumar family members is left out in the invitation is the question doing rounds. In the festival of Kannada films for Dasara the films of Dr Rajakumar like Babaruvahana, Kittur Chennamma, Bangaradha Manusha are listed among the 36 films. The latest film ‘Lifu Ishtene’ is also included the film festival list.

Rebel star turned politician Ambarish is inaugurating the festival at Kalamandira Mysore. The documentary films will be screened at Scouts and Guides grounds.

The ticket price at the festival is Rs.10 and Rs.5. Theatres screening Kannada films at the festival are Gokula, Lakshmi and Lido in Bengaluru.

STORY: It is all about the suspicion of the husband on the character of his wife and repenting finally at the Intensive Care Unit. The life of Shyam (Premkumar) with Chetana (Karishma Tanna) is in shock and dismay when he poses a challenge to the aristocratic prostitute Sinchana (Sanjaana). It is all because of a mobile that he finds and gets in to the den of Sinchana where she operates a high level brothel.

The clean and tidy guy Shyam repents for coming to the place to hand over the mobile. At this place Sinchana challenges to prove his loyalty with one of her customers. For this challenge of Sinchana the clean Shyam ask her to give up her business in turn.

The customer which Sinchana is referring to is Geetha. Shyam on the other hand taking up the challenge comes to know that Geetha is married and truthful to her husband but yet she is managing in the brothel business because of some circumstances. The shock even for the audience starts from now on.

The suspicion is large in the mind of Shyam. He doubts his wife might be the candidate which he is supposed to meet that is Geetha. The suspicion looms large because on five occasions Geetha misses meeting Shyam. On another occasion on the pretext of an injury to right knee Geetha abstain from meeting. In the house of Shyam he finds his own wife is injured in the right knee.

The suspicion builds up stronger and stronger in the mind of Shyam on his wife. On the first year of marriage anniversary Chetana invite her husband that she wants to disclose secret of her life. Chetana produces the X-ray reports that she is at the advanced stage of Brain Tumour. Now it is a different shock for Shyam. He decides in his mind what a costly mistake he has done.

At the intensive care unit where Chetana is lying on the death bed Shyam explains the suspicion in his mind but Chetana does not react. She is dead. At another place Sinchana holding a photograph fires it from a match stick saying Shyam over the phone that her important customer is no more.

ANALYSIS: In the first attempt HP Ravindra is brilliant and is outstanding in his narration in ‘I am Sorry…Mathe Banni Pritsona’. He has the style and substance. Whatever he has talked about his film so much is true and he deserves congratulation for making a tidy wholesome entertainer.

He has selected the right artists – especially Premkumar and Karishma Tanna, the music is at high level from Anoop Seelin and cinematography at the extraordinary level from Ashok Kashyap.

The way in which screenplay is drafted and shots are divided HP Ravindra workaholic attitude deserves Kudos. Right from the first meet of Shyam and Chetana in the Architecture establishment he starts sowing interest for the audience. Finally when Sinchana lit the photograph, the strong doubt and heavy heart the audience carries is the major plus point of HP Ravindra attentive work.

There are quite a few inconsequential situations and in the height of love between Shyam and Sinchana approaching the private detective is not a good thought. The mobile phones could do such works and the activity of his wife Shyam could have gathered in self investigation.


This director HP Ravindra knows how to keep the audience in the edge of the seat from his family entertainer subject. He caters to all class of audience in the city bred population. He is sophisticated and like a butter he has sketched the character of female protagonist Karishma Tanna.

 Anoop Seelin in the music and Ashok Kashyap in the cinematography are in a competition to give the best. There are half a dozen good songs out of ten songs Anoop Seelin has scored. Onchuru Kotbide….is racy and ultramodern on the beach side, Tangali Mykodavi….Yee Preethi Subanallah…..O Darling Nangu Ningu Agoithu Zuzuba…..Haayagi Yee Pritiya….in the sad mood are in high quality.

Ashok Kashyap the Dada of Cinematography is surely going to be in the competition for awards. Whether is pitch dark, interiors or lush green locations Ashok Kashyap has done a pretty good job.

The editing and production values are at the top class of this film.

Only 4 songs for 2 films in Kannada !!

Director cum producer BR Keshav known not only to make a film shoe string budget, but also in club activities and the release of the two sound films. Too many songs are free for the public to go out of the theater believes BR Keshav. Thus, two of his films, has two copies of each.

Two songs from the film ;Doubt; in Kannada were made in just Rs.60 lakhs and ;Arundhathi; Rs.50 lakhs made also with two of his songs was released Monday night at the Bell Hotel. 

BR Keshava's (46th and 47th) movie's are known for churning out movies in quick succession. For ‘Doubt’ he has shot for 18 days and ‘Arundhathi’ he has shot in 17 days.

At the audio release of the two films was attended by Sathyamurthy the senior most financier and current day hot favorite KV Nagesh Kumar the heroes of two films Thilak and Mahesh Gandhi were present on the dais.

Sitting pretty with a film to his credit in just 12 hours ‘Police Story-3’ Thriller Manju is now playing a title role in ‘Mr Cheater’. He is not directing the film but acting in it.

















It is for Nargis Movies fourth film Thriller Manju has accepted to act. Nargis Movies in the past produced Friends, Naradha Vijaya and Dragon. Thriller Manju was ‘Dragon’ hero and he continues here in the fourth film for Nargis Movies.

Ha Su Rajasekhar the veteran in the direction department in Kannada filmdom is directing this ‘Mr Cheater’. Seshagiri has done the story and written the dialogues. Narayan is the cameraman.

Thriller Manju heads the star cast but there are two talented actors in the film – Naveen Krishna and Thilak. The film is going on the floor on 23rd of this month says producer Valli of Nargis Movies.
